Jonathan Page studied at Norwich Art School and Hornsey College of Art, going on to make prop artworks for major opera companies and theatres throughout Britain. He also made work for television and film.
His work includes artefacts and tableaux for museums such as the Order of St John, National Horseracing, Clink and Welcome Museum.
For many years he was a part time art lecturer at colleges in London and Norwich.
Throughout his career he has also consistently produced his own work, often influenced by materials and  techniques discovered in his theatrical experiences. Recently his work has involved making mosaics , and last year he was commissioned to produce four composititions for Norwich Castle Museum. He has exhibited widely and his work is in many private collections.
